Hakata Machiya Hometown Museum

This historical facility allows visitors to experience the lifestyle and culture of Hakata during the Meiji and Taisho periods. In the Exhibition Building, guests can view everyday items from the era as well as videos of traditional festivals, offering a glimpse into the daily lives and wisdom of Hakata's people. In the townhouse building, which was relocated from the Meiji era, demonstrations of Hakata weaving are held, providing an opportunity to see, hear, and learn about this local craft. Located within walking distance of the hotel, it's a great spot to drop by casually.
