Efforts to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 and Requests to Customers

At Here Fukuoka Hakata, as our basic policy for safety and security against COVID-19, we have concretized three service standards to thoroughly enforce “avoiding the three Cs*” and “hygiene management,” and will implement infection control measures for each.

Requests to Customers

  • To ensure our guests can use our facilities with peace of mind, we ask for your cooperation with temperature checks and disinfection upon arrival.
  • We sincerely apologize to customers who have had a fever, are feeling unwell, or have recently (within the past two weeks) who have had COVID-19, but we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting us.
  • Please wear a mask when visiting the museum and wear a mask in public areas. (*In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, from March 13, 2023, mask-wearing inside the hotel is at the discretion of the guest.) ）
  • If you will be waiting in line in front of the front desk, please keep your distance when taking the elevator or similar facilities. We appreciate your cooperation with social distancing.
  • We recommend using credit cards or cashless services instead of cash when making payments. We will also use cash holders or cash trays to store and return the items.

To avoid contact between people, we avoid spacing in line and close contact with staff.

  • Thorough ventilation

We ensure frequent ventilation throughout all buildings, including guest rooms and public areas.

  • Thorough cleaning and disinfection

We thoroughly disinfect and clean all guest rooms and facilities within the facility. Guest rooms are carefully disinfected to areas that are frequently touched. We also thoroughly address shared areas such as elevators.

  • Cleaning during accommodation and consecutive stays

Due to the risk of contact infection, cleaning staff may only enter the room during consecutive stays upon request.
